Airking Remote Humidistat Sensor Kit.

Includes 15 feet of sensor wire, sensor, sensor housing, and sensor base.

For use with WAIT6000 manufactured later than 2003/2004

Installation:
1. Turn off the power & water to the humidifier and turn off the furnace
2. Determine best location for remote sensor, drill a hole and feed sensor wire (jack end) through the hole back to the humidifier. The kit comes complete with 15'; of sensor wire (if longer wire required use 4 wire telephone cable and appropriate connectors)
3. At the humidifier remove the front cover, thumb screws secures it in place. And remove the evaporator pad assembly.
4. Remove the top console. Two screws secure it in place.
5. From the underside of the top control console, remove the installed Duct mount RH sensor (connection via a phone jack connector)
6. Install the connector for the remote sensor wire and switch the jumper connector from "short sensor" to "long sensor"
7. Replace the top console, evaporator pad assembly, and front cover.
8. Turn the power and water to the humidifier back on, and turn on your furnace
9. Check for leaks and repair if required.
